What is Escrow Service?

• Our escrow service reduces the risk of fraud as It is a trusted third-party that collects, holds and only disburses funds when both buyers and sellers are satisfied.
• It helps make transactions more secure by keeping the payment in a secure escrow account which is only released when buyers confirms the deal as completed.
• While the payment is ‘In Escrow’ the transaction can be safely carried out without risk of losing money due to fraud.
• In case of problems you can request a full refund opening a escrow dispute.
• The service fee is 10% of the transaction Amount (5% Escrow Fee will be applicable If you are VIP Member)

How does Escrow Service Work?

1. Buyer and seller agree to the terms of the transaction.
2. Buyer transfers the payment to the escrow service.
3. Seller completes the deal.
4. Buyer approves the deal.
5. Seller is paid.

How to use Escrow Service?

1. The customer contacts the escrow agent ( @Escrow ) through private messages with the following content link to the requested service or profile of the second party of the transaction
   2) The transaction amount (in $250 or BTC) that you bring to the guarantor service
   3) Escrow fee size (10%)
   4) Total Due (transaction amount + escrow fee size)
   5) Payment Method (BTC / PM / USDT

Important:

• If the transaction was unsuccessful, 10% will not be returned.

Escrow Procedure

• Mutual agreement by vendor and buyer is presented.
• Escrow fees are paid (non refundable ) by both parties.
• Funds/Services are lodged in escrow
• Funds/Services are transferred accordingly
• Parties confirms receipt

Escrow Rules

• The minimum amount is: 250 USD.
• Escrow service is available only to members of forum if you are dealing with an outsider use any external escrow service.

Requesting Escrow

2. Agree on Mutual agreement with vendor (Price & Items discussion )
3. After Post Thread in Escrow Forum
4. Wait for Admins to reply your request (Only Admin or Escrow is for Escrow Service )
5. Once Admin ↤ 𝔻𝕒𝕣𝕜 ℕ𝕖𝕠 ↦ or ESCROW Accept your request Send payment to Bitcoin Address (send payment to only bitcoin address provided by admin ↤ 𝔻𝕒𝕣𝕜 ℕ𝕖𝕠 ↦)
6. Admin or ESCROW will reply your request after payment confirmation also send a notification to vendor to process your order
7. Once your deal done or failed you have to came back and reply your escrow request and leave note for Escrow administration to take a action
